My Story, My Strategy

When I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease the same year I started my career as a financial advisor, I quickly realized that my health had to come first if I wanted to truly thrive. Through trial, error, and a lot of personal growth, I learned how to integrate healthy habits into a demanding lifestyle, and it completely changed my life.

Now, as a Certified Health Coach, nutritionist, and mom of three, I use that experience to help others feel their best without sacrificing everything else in the process. In this video, I share how I went from burned out to balanced, and how you can too.
